"Villa de Paden"
Gerry and Donna are a caring Christion couple who continually give of
themselves.  They are very involved in mission work, and often welcome
visiting missionaries into their home.  They built a totally self-sufficient
apartment, Villa de Paden, strictly for use by missionary families.  The name
(which means Paden house) was in honor of Harold and Sally Paden,
missionaries in Italy, who first instilled the love of missions in Gerry and
Donna, and adopted them into their family.
This was a special project, for very special people.  We wanted to provide a
also to the missionaries that seek solace in the refuge of Villa de Paden.  In
this episode, we achieved just that.  The feature starts with a beautiful
waterfall feeding a 60 foot tranquil stream that vanishes into an underground
cave.  A natural stone walkway makes viewing easy as it winds along side the
river with a  natural stone bridge allowing strollers to cross the stream to a
beautiful sitting area.  A second pondless feature, along with majestic rock
outcroppings were laced throughout the project to give the feature balance.
